1. Who we are
Oratio is a mobile application developed and distributed by Simão Santos, available through Google Play.
2. Use of the application
Oratio is an application for personal use, for the enjoyment and learning of language. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the application on Android-compatible devices.

3. Content
The words, definitions, etymologies, examples, and other editorial content in Oratio are the intellectual property of Simão Santos. You may consult and learn from them as a user, but not reproduce them commercially outside the application without permission.
The pronunciation audio has been generated with ElevenLabs and is subject to that service's terms of use.
4. Premium subscriptions
Some features of Oratio require a premium subscription, managed through Google Play.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, unless you cancel beforehand.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time from the subscriptions section of your Google Play account.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep premium access until that date.
- We do not issue direct refunds. Refund policies are those of Google Play, accessible from its help center.
5. Availability and changes
We make reasonable efforts to keep Oratio available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may:
- Update the application with new features or fixes.
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the application.

Oratio is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.
Oratio is a learning and entertainment tool. It is not a professional language-teaching, translation, or linguistic-consulting service. The content is offered for general educational purposes.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Substantial changes will be communicated through the application itself or via a visible update on this page. Continued use of the application after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
